They will hold your bags, and in addition you will have a comfortable waiting room, complimentary snacks and beverages, a cleaner restroom and priority boarding on your next train. Thus far this service is only in Chicago, and it makes Union Station very welcoming. You must pay the fee with a credit card (no cash) and show your ticket.
