I've a DC firearm licence. How does it work if I buy a handgun from you?

Hi Kenny, There is only one FFL in DC. CS Exchange. He Charges $125 for all handgun transfers. You would buy what ever handgun you want (tax free) and Mr. Charles Sykes, the owner of CS Exchange, usually comes to our Silver Spring store once or twice a week to pick up DC Transfers. @ Atlantic Guns but Mr. Charles not only picks up guns he also has a fee waiting for his service then he explain something to the fact that even then U still won't get your paid in full gun right away.🤦🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️
