How do I go about getting a new food stamp card? What do I need to bring when I go to get the new card? Is there a fee involved? I’ve NEVER had this happen before.

You will not get a card the same day. A form will be filled out for a replacement and they will mail the new one out the next business day.

You have to go to the agency with a valid ID, ex driver license, or State ID with a picture on it. Also I believe there is a fee if you lost your other one.
