Valentines Day/night, 2009 blizzard shadow stalked on foot from Wawa by locals in prowl cars then on foot after johndoes cut thru condo backyard under high tension wires at tennis court fence edge near to creek when suddenly a flashlight in the hip deep snow, and a voice and a bald head and a uniform and a badge, ... Where you going? What's the problem? (assaulted/threatened) by white cop using his best angry blackman voice, "your gonna have a problem with THE WESTAMPTON POLICE, if you don't get over here right now." (Shadowed by three other components) the posse assembled and without notice from behind grabbed, suspect, target innocent of no crime, by the ankles first, as he went to one knee and one hand on fence, back facing officers in the dark with flash light bright. Yanked by the ankles slammed on the pounded snow then, face down, now unresponsive... 110yds/100m, jerked and carried like a ragdoll upside down with grocery bags tossed onto it's back bowed like a U, as it's carried and yanked in atleast four different directions. Assailants slammed target 3x's facedown on trampled snow & picked up after they rest and yanked apart his hands and feet again...again... Like ripping apart a rag doll.
