In all honesty I thought the Trenton office was horrible but this office is just as bad they NEVER pick up the phone you leave a voice mail for no reason because they aren’t going to hear it or reach back to you I’ve been on this for 3 months now and it’s frustrating especially for someone that has a full time job and can’t go in person!

Not always the best service there. Sometimes i get some decent help but other times some of the workers have an attitude and it makes things difficult. I have to grin and bear with it because i need to be there for some reasons. Edit: turns out a few years ago they got rid of caseworkers and call them "processors" so basically there isnt anyone specific to help you. In other counties they havent done that so idk why they would do there here. This is why no one knows anything. There's no communication whatsoever and thats just bad business. You're meant to be a board of social services yet you took out the most crucial part "social"

No answer phone and no one tried to contact me concerning a personal situation. Need better service to seniors.

There's a large gray mailbox looking thing at top of landing in the rear entrance (aka the client entrance) to drop off paperwork, housing search forms, etc but to answer the question: Yes they are technically open until 5pm weekdays but if you can complete your business online then that's what they prefer. There's a phone number posted on doors to rear entrance to call with questions, etc plus there's a website listed for online forms and such. My reason for going there this week was emergency housing placement and I went in and had to fill out quick form and the. Waited outside to get phone call which then led me to be told to come back inside and finished up with a worker in housing Dept. I also need to apply. For food stamps but idk if I can do that online.. plan to ask today!
Sorry, can't answere that
Apply on line. Nj.gov Answer "all" & tells u what u qualify for. Welfare/ food stamps/ insurance etc...
Hi Reginald I think we are all going to experience delay in processing most of the benefits applied because of the virus..so all you will have to do is wait and if you get sick before your insurance comes in you can always visit south jersey family services for treatment..its located on 541 high street in butlington city. And visit some pantries to get some food. I don't know where you live but we have so many pantries around.. Wishing you all the best.
Yes it does pulls right up..
THANK U GUYS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!! How kind of you to take time out of your day to help me. Wow. THANK YOU BOTH FOR THE GENEROSITY!!! I must say that I am a little nervous about the “fee thing”—Hope its not to much 🤦♀️

Nobody ever answers. You need to go to the office.

A name in the crowd

I think it's 609-265-2294
I believe it does
You have to go to dmv and get an identification
I don't think so because they have your information in all the counties. And you are told to apply in your own county
You have to go with the letter you received and pick it up with your Id
That's a good question? No answer!!
I don't know about having the job. But they should help you
Make Sure You get to relate to your Caseworker that You REALLY need it.!! ((((Stay on Top of the SITUATION..)))) Honestly, for her to Believe You if Not You Will Be HOMELESS Like Me.. Honestly.. But I was BLESSED to have Something even though I am still HOMELESS to This Day.. Honestly and Truthfully.!!!! I Just REALLY wanted to be Safe with Me and My FAMILY having a location -- having a JOB keep Training so I can Get Better -- Money.. SO, I can get Out of the System..

Yes just find a dentist that accepts Medicaid
Woodlane Rd. Westampton just off Rt541 across from Wawa and shopping center. Big brick building can not miss it. Driveway at Tarnsfield traffic light at the firehouse.
Call the number on the back of the card and follow instructions
No. But... but u can apply online.... mynjhelps.org
You probably need to make an office appointment at the office in order to correct this oversight. Best of luck!!
You can also give Burlington County Community Action Program (BCCAP) a call and see what housing programs they offer. The number is 609-386-5800 But totally make an appointment with the Welfare agency. Wish you the best
What is a portal?
Once again total BS! This exact thing just happened to a relative of mine. It's a mad coincidence that even the written date was 07-02-18. This letter arrived Thursday 07-12-18 with a compliance with doc's date of Tuesday 07-17-18! Clearly this system is working against those in need of a hand up. What can be done? Unfortunately it's a bad spot to be in. It's not like dealing with the public sector, it's government BS with overloaded union workers (CWA?). The management chain of command is also normally no help. Only thing to do is do what you can to follow the instructions, if missed dead line you should be able to appeal. Definitely complain to politicians where the buck starts and stops, if election time for said politician something maybe done. Good luck & God Bless.
Yes u can apply here but if you go to the website it would be quicker and save u a trip. The website is: wwq.njhelps.gov
Sorry I don't know
