Short answer, yes. Before I decided to purchase a membership, a staff member showed me around and let me climb and try it out. It was my first time ever rock climbing. They were super nice and supportive, even helping me choose a shoe size. There was no pressure to pay for a membership. I would suggest calling them to double-check that they still allow this. I would also suggest you "try it out" earlier in the morning when there are fewer people.
We are happy to show people around the facility and help answer questions. Everyone was new at some point. Also, we prorate the first month and no sign up/cancellation fees so you don't have to worry if you're not into it.
