These people are rude 24/7..We went late at night and no one answered the speaker causing my boyfriend to rev the engine and then they asked our order very rudely..we pulled up to the window and the order taker was cleaning their finger nails with a negative don't care vibe and the lady who handed us our food was very rude in doing so and they also messed up my order after they said the only thing available was fried stuff I ordered a mcchicken and medium fry...my fries had no salt and they gave me a burnt spicy chicken that was old and had barely any mayo and was falling apart before I bit it and it spilled in my lap...the fries were hot enough to burn my mouth but that's on me...I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if it wasn't necessary to leave a post

I mean as if McDonald's isn't bad enough the only reason I stopped is because I have children who like Happy meals the service is horrible the food is slopped together and the employees are more worried about their cell phones then their customers and their attitudes are absolutely negative and nasty

We tried to eat here after a football game. No luck. Do not try to eat here after a football game. You will be severely disappointed. Not to mention they allow people to just loiter in the parking lot.

Hunny, dont waste your time or your money on them again. The one out East off of East University and Waldo IS BY FAR THE WORSE ONE!!!! They care nothing about customer service...
Went in there this morning to get food the employees were dancing and talking very loud I had to go to the other side of the building to get in there was one employee at the frount as always the food was cold does anyone know or been trained bout the right temperatures the trash cans were overflowing from last night food on st floor
Well I must say I agree McDonald's has went down severely it was a time when you went to McDonalds you always got hot fries your burger was always made right but now you do your lettuce is all over the place to Tomato lopsided and look like we just throw together with that being said I was fortunate enough to go to a McDonald's and the small town of Interlachen Florida at night a line was wrapped around the building and it was very busy but I must say that I had the best chicken sandwich from McDonald's I've had in years and the fries were fresh and hot in the gap on the register was extremely polite and patient I sent my grandson in that's only 10 years old of course he asked questions come back to the car a couple times went back in and ordered the chicken sandwich and it was so good that when I came back through I stopped and got enough chicken sandwich and a 20 piece nugget and it all was just as fresh and just as good so with that being said I will be returning to that one anytime
I would assume you would go let the manager know with your meal and the soda machine
