We are a HUD Section-8 Project Based community. Rent is based on income and we operate a waiting list. Income restrictions apply. Please call for details! We cannot accept Section-8 vouchers because our community is directly subsidized by HUD - it would be like using the same funding twice. Because of this a voucher holder would need to give up their voucher to live at our community.
I just called this property and was told by the receptionist that this property does not accept housing vouchers can you please clarify
