It does include water I believe it was or 460 it was or 35 when we moved a couple of months ago but when the New Year came in the price went up and I want to say it went up about 30 bucks but if you call the office they'll tell you exactly how much it is for the waters definitely included and the garbage was $17 a month

We just had a hurricane here in and I stayed in my trailer I didn't leave which I don't advise you to do but honestly it didn't do anything a little rain a little wind but everything was fine thank God but normally here in Jacksonville hurricanes really don't do too much damage unless you live in Jax Beach I'm more inland now on the west side of Jacksonville so nothing really happened we had a power outage for about an hour but normally when a hurricane does hit my best advice is to get a motel room and stick it out especially if they're telling you you need to leave your zone

They have no vicious dogs in the lease but have told individuals that as long as they dont see them or was there before this management came in that it wouldn't matter. But I have seen them say ok and give notice to get rid of your animal according to lease rules.

Go into the office they should be able to help. You need a valid license, social security card, and a security deposit. Most likely 1st and last months rent as well as proof of income
