For awhile, I have been communicating with Kelton Powell via emails. First, I was hesitated to purchase from them because I had an agreement with the first dealership I went to. But, I had to wait for a month or so for the vehicle to arrive. I've searched for the availability of the car that I was very interested in and out of town, nothing available but two, but I was receiving denial just the way the salesman telling me the numbers, and their Customer Service was suck. In spite of that, I always ended up calling Kelton. He was very helpful, determined, patient, and a very cool man who always answered my questions I've asked. I never felt any hesitancy from him. Kelton made it all possible for me. He encouraged me to stay positive when I felt that I will not be able to get a car. He said he will get what I have been wanted which is the 2023 Sportage SX-PRESTIGE in Wolf Gray. He went above & beyond to make sure he'll get the vehicle. I want to say "Thank You so much" for all your effort to provide my dream car. To Rosemond. Lucombe - I appreciate your time giving me some training with the features of my new vehicle, & for going to get my car even if you had to drive a couple hours or so. I'm still going to be calling you for some questions. Also, Kia OP staff were courteous. They made me me feel welcome, as I was waiting for my car to arrive, filled out paperwork, and getting it detailed; unlike some dealerships I went to - they do not have good customer service. 💙 SA aka Kukana

I had a very bad experience very disrespectful people very poor poor service
well sounds like he just have a bad attitude and had a bad day and maybe the clerk did too so give people a break Nobody has great days everyday. People have bad days. And when people have bad days that run into people that are also having bad days never End well, it's always an argument or a bad review. Hence the above.
