This place is horrible out here…they don’t fix on anything they charge u late fees for not bringing money when there not open for the hours that the company says they are! Mold everywhere and they only have 1 maintenance man that doesn’t do anything at all …if your ever thinking of moving here trust me don’t waste your time just keep riding by! Also the lady in the office is very rude she has no respect for no one! These apartments needs to be Torn down and re built because this is he’ll on earth!

My daughter lives here and she has had nothing but problems mold and mildew in her laundry room my grandson got fungal pneumonia from it and she has been sick with bad headaches ever since they keep putting a water heater in but apparently they don’t know what they are doing as it continues to constantly leaks also her floor has fallen back in as well I told her to refuse to pay her rent til it’s fixed and there’s a certified letter in mail. My daughter ask me not to do this out of fear she’ll be evicted but I’m doing this for health of my daughter and grandsons I’m not putting the company down but what would you do.

On its last leg. Most of the light covers were cracked or torn. I started seeing mold pop out from under the paint around my a/c vents, footlong stretches of mold. My bathroom plumbing is completely shot (no flush/sewage backup) and the landlord refuses to get an official plumber to address the problem. When the maintanceman came to snake the toilet, he gets water from the toilet all over the bathroom and walks right out. Doorknobs coming loose falling off. The front door has clearly been kicked in and was never replaced (doesnt shut properly). The bathroom door fell out of the wall. There are many openings that you dont see for bugs and lizards to enter. I dont want to blame anything on the tennant before me...this should have been taken care of beforehand. Lots of problems that were quickly covered up or fixed and they will all show in time.

Let me start with the ac had no filter. Also the mold growing in the ac unit and the duct work. A couple of my neighbors said that they have mold in the same areas. There a musty mold odor coming from under my vanity sink. You can see the mold under there. Under my kitchen sink. The laundry room looks jerry rigged. There's paint that has bubble up because they just painted over the mold. It's starting to affect my health i believe thats why the tenant before me moved out early before they lease was up. The owner is cheap all these unit need to be gutted out and treated for mold .

I honestly don't know there is a front office where you apply they would answer your question...
The apt. , are very old and falling apart, you can't get management to fix anything. Two bedroom is $850.00 , not worth it.
