DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE ELEVATOR LITERALLY NEVER WORKS. IVE HAD TO WALK UP 9 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS NUMEROUS TIMES FOR NUMEROUS DAYS WITH MY 15 MONTH OLD while carrying groceries. They seem to have no problem taking everybody’s rent so why can’t they use the money to permanently fix the damn elevator? Building is a definite health hazard.

Don't move here! This place is a dump and the management is terrible. They have just Non renewed my lease in retaliation for this review and complaints that I made about the elevator being broken down for 2 weeks as well as evey month for a day or two. I couldn't even get moved in without my coffee table and end table being stolen out of the elevator. There is nowhere to park when you move in so they have you illegally park. There are 2 elevators but only one works some of the time. Often both elevators don't work so if you're up on the 14th floor like me you better be prepared to climb the steps often. There is never any employee on the premises to help so if you have a problem there is nobody to help. You have to call a phone # posted on the office door downstairs and pray they answer because nobody is ever in the office. The elevator got stuck this week and this elderly lady had to call 911 to get help because she couldn't get up to her apartment. There is an active construction site that wakes everyone up at 7AM Monday through Saturday so dont ever plan on sleeping in, even on weekends. The vending machines downstairs do not work. I could go on but I think you get the point.

Good community overall, people are respectful of each other. Little noise makes it through the walls. Common areas are kept very clean. Management and Maintenance respond quickly. Lots of dogs in the building, dedicated parking garage. The elevators sometimes have issues though, so if you're on an upper floor (especially with dogs) it can be a hassle. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
