is the balcony seating bad? I know it's a second level behind the loge. there are only 2,900 seats so it's quite a small theater.

From their website box office hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on weekends ... purchasing at the box office will help you to avoid most if not all fees. Always a huge money saver of you can do so in my experience.
