My visit was nice ,clean ,looks peaceful. I just had concerns about the large amount of standing water that can be a drowning hazard in the back of the apartments. Where it look as though it could be a small pond but large enough for a kid to wonder in and can't get out safely .. Maybe fill it in or close off the area.🤷🏼

The trash can next to the mail boxes has not been emptied for some time. The trash is overflowing onto the ground. Who is supposed to tend to this???

i just want to say that i have reported privacy issues in my apartment . nothing was done about it . the police said i need apartments numbers. someone has keys. i also asked about the attic crawl space in the utility closet they said it was nothing. i haven't been in it yet but i will. please pay attention to people next door or in the area. this is too much bs and nobody is doing anything about it.

These apartments are so full of it I was told six months to a year I was moved up on the waiting list then moved further back and now they can’t give out any information about where you are on the waiting list because they are doing FRAUD!!!!!! now that it’s coming up on a year I’m now told I’ll be waiting another whole year before I get a call just pure aggravating and hell!!! Y’all are still accepting applications but the waiting list isn’t being viewed how does that work??? Just aggravating and aggravated I just don’t understand!

Questions & Answers

How much is rent and is there a move in special? How much is rent a month and is there a deposit?

We are a HUD Section-8 Project Based community. Rent is based on income and we operate a waiting list. Income restrictions apply. Please call for details! We cannot accept Section-8 vouchers because our community is directly subsidized by HUD - it would be like using the same funding twice. Because of this a voucher holder would need to give up their voucher to live at our community.
