I have a statement, if it helps. My experience, was a bit different. I had a scheduled appointment almost a month in advance. When it came to it, due to life's inherent ways. I was rescheduled then I had to reschedule. Due to fine print I overlooked. All said and done my artist Tyson, turned whatever doubt of customer service I had into customer satisfaction. They are a busy shop. They do seemingly to me try to handle as best they can , every customer's needs. In all whether Dax is or isn't about the money the savage crew they get it done. I'm thoroughly HAPPY with my experience with Savage. Big part of that was do ultimately to Tyson....who recovered the ball and took savage to the championships if you will, at least for me. I had issues with mine they fired the girl who did it, but did nothing to fix but want me to spend more money with someone else. The owner Dax is all about the money. You notice Dax does nothing about addressing what happened to my tattoo! He even agreed the work was shoddy but Hell who cares I spend $600 on shoddy work? Thumbs down!

Yes. Games. No portfolios they pick the artist for you and overcharged due to 50% going to owner. Music way to loud. Big piece games. Go somewhere else.
I had no issues with customer service whatsoever!! My artist was very professional with what I wanted and desired as well. Everyone made me feel at home as well as keeping a positive,professional atmosohere. Thanks to Savage Tattoo and especially Jeremy!!
honestly never had a problem with anything they did, super cool people, busy af, but they got me a rad ass tat and it only cost my deposit
