First, the staff loves there money and not there career. Second, whenever someone walks in the door they don't get welcomed or helped for a good 20 minutes. Third, infections!!! Cocky artists and overpriced! Never going back that's for sure!

You pay for the quality there good artists that care so I don't understand why you say that. Second I get sometimes the wait is long but it is not always like this. Third what infections? I have several pieces from them and so do my friends. They've all healed fine. If you or someone you know got an infection it's most likely because they didn't care for it right.
