Do they take card or are they cash only?

Most are cash only, although a couple artists do accept card. It's best to ask before hand.

I have a peace I’d like done on my arm to start my sleeve is it best to come on and show what I’m wanting or just call and make a consultation?

There's tons of different artists there, but because of covid thwy don't want people there who don't have an appointment so call first and tell them what you want and they may ask you to come in and fill out paperwork once they match you with an artist
