I have a statement, if it helps. My experience, was a bit different. I had a scheduled appointment almost a month in advance. When it came to it, due to life's inherent ways. I was rescheduled then I had to reschedule. Due to fine print I overlooked. All said and done my artist Tyson, turned whatever doubt of customer service I had into customer satisfaction. They are a busy shop. They do seemingly to me try to handle as best they can , every customer's needs. In all whether Dax is or isn't about the money the savage crew they get it done. I'm thoroughly HAPPY with my experience with Savage. Big part of that was do ultimately to Tyson....who recovered the ball and took savage to the championships if you will, at least for me. Hope this helps.
You pay for the quality there good artists that care so I don't understand why you say that. Second I get sometimes the wait is long but it is not always like this. Third what infections? I have several pieces from them and so do my friends. They've all healed fine. If you or someone you know got an infection it's most likely because they didn't care for it right. Hope this answered your "question"
Wow, heaven forbid the company is showing interest into what you want from them and putting your needs first. Sounds like you don't deserve to go there.
