Hi ! We lived at green meadows for a year. It's true they dont do rentals you have to buy a mobile home in there. We had our 5th wheel RV there and rented the spot - you pay lot rent , water , and electric. Nancy was always nice to us and would help with any problem we had ...which wasn't often. She has rules but as long as you follow them she won't bother you. We never had anything stolen from us not once. She doesn't have a problem with dogs as long as they're not an aggressive breed and are small . To us she was a nice lady. Its normally pretty quiet and we never saw drugs , everyone was pretty nice BUT of course every place may have one or two bad apples so there is that. We lived there from October-dec of this past year 1 year and 2 months. Over all it was a good experience. Goodluck !😊
They dont do rentals. U have to buy the trailer.. This place is a disgusting mess and i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The landlord Nancy will scam you in every way possible.. She is a major Felon... Every year the rent goes up atleast $20-30 more a month.. The people are all crack heads. Never leave anything unlocked. If you ever anything break or need fixing, it will never happen. She has a set of rules that she thinks she can run peoples lifes and telling what they can or cant do..... I could go on and on about this place... DONT DO IT/ U WILL REGRET IT!! Best of luck
