Just take an uber or lyft. Cheap and very convenient.
The shuttle to Disney $10 per person round trip departs 3 times a day and returns 4 times. Seaworld is cheaper $5.
Sorry do not use a shuttle when going to Orlando.
To Disney it is free to see where I am not sure the Disney the shuttle runs I think four times in the morning and four times in the evening you need to book it the day before
