Report Matthew Swyers to the DC State Bar. He is the attorney and owner of TTC Business Solutions... It's very easy to file a complaint and anyone can do it online. It literally takes 5 minutes and hopefully he will lose his license. Hopefully he will go to jail.

I ran into the same issue. Was only allowed to speak with one person, if they were in...I used them for the comprehensive search only. Took matters into my own hands with filling..I had to wait 5 days after my search results to get a response. And only because I called a billion times.

I am sorry to say I do not think they will ever speak to you. I have contacted them over 10 times and never heard back. When you call them select the option to speak with someone about being a new customer. I finally got someone that way after calling several times. Only problem is after I told them I was an existing customer they transferred me without saying a word to a voicemail. An of course that person never called me back.
