I haven't received a call back to actually register my trademark. I've been calling and sending emails for the past month, but havent gotten any returned communication. Is this a scam? Or is someone actually going to register my trademark.

That response is FAKE. THEY ARE IN FACT A SCAM. That’s even a fake picture of fake employees in a fake office. File a dispute on the better business bureau and then report Matthew Swyers to the DC STATE BAR DISCIPLINARY Board. He is the attorney owner for the business and does not deserve to practice law. It’s very easy to report someone to the bar. You can do it online and you don’t have to be an attorney. Anyone who’s been wronged by an attorney can do it

Certainly not a scam. They got me my trademark, however it took more than 2 months
