Took a $475 fee to renew a Trademark and then failed to perform the service, cost me thousands with an attorney to fix the problem. No refund, no service, stopped taking calls, beware this company.

No stars isn't an option. They have an F rating with the BBB and are "falsely using the BBB name and seal in an unauthorized manner on their website. The business was first notified by letter on July 30, 2019 to remove the BBB seal. A second letter was sent on August 19, 2019. Misuse of the BBB seal constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc." Read the complaints over the last two years. All unanswered.

That response is FAKE. THEY ARE IN FACT A SCAM. That’s even a fake picture of fake employees in a fake office. File a dispute on the better business bureau and then report Matthew Swyers to the DC STATE BAR DISCIPLINARY Board. He is the attorney owner for the business and does not deserve to practice law. It’s very easy to report someone to the bar. You can do it online and you don’t have to be an attorney. Anyone who’s been wronged by an attorney can do it
We paid them last year to help us obtain a trademark, but they didn't in a timely manner, then they offered me a legal representation to continue with the process, but that was only a way to stealth more money from us. I also filled a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and he also said on the claim he had refund me $499.00 and he has refunded $0.00 Matthew Swyers is a RAT They took our money without providing us the servicers we paid for, we should fill out a Class Action Lawsuit against TTC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Report Matthew Swyers to the DC State Bar. He is the attorney and owner of TTC Business Solutions... It's very easy to file a complaint and anyone can do it online. It literally takes 5 minutes and hopefully he will lose his license. Hopefully he will go to jail.
