Why do you take your customer's money and not provide the service they paid for??

We paid them last year to help us obtain a trademark, but they didn't in a timely manner, then they offered me a legal representation to continue with the process, but that was only a way to stealth more money from us. I also filled a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and he also said on the claim he had refund me $499.00 and he has refunded $0.00 Matthew Swyers is a RAT They took our money without providing us the servicers we paid for, we should fill out a Class Action Lawsuit against TTC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Wow can’t believe we got scammed.

The Ethics Investigation Google Matthew Swyers, Trademark attorney. He is not allowed to even file with the USPTO for 5 years, maybe life! He has no integrity. He is a con artist. I cut and pasted the following from a long law suit and investigation on him and ethics violations: Mr. Swyers was an experienced trademark lawyer and former USPTO Trademark Examining Attorney. He established The Trademark Company, PLLC, and through his business, he became a prolific filer of U.S. trademark applications. He also caught the attention of the OED, which regulates the ethical practice of patent and trademark law. The USPTO began investigating Mr. Swyers for possible ethics violations in approximately 2013. It was then that his ethics saga began. Over the course of several years, he received numerous “requests for information” from the OED, and he claims to have expended hundreds of thousands of dollars responding to hundreds of questions posed by the USPTO’s ethics investigators.

I haven’t heard back from Them at all.

Report Matthew Swyers to the DC Bar Disciplinary Board immediately. He is the attorney owner of this business and should have his law license revoked and thrown in jail. He took my money and I even filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and he even said on the claim he’d refund me and has returned zero of my 434.

I'm sorry to hear we're not the only ones they've ripped off! We paid them last April to help us obtain a trademark for our business...and we've never heard back from them!
