There are a lot of people working over there. Bad eggs are everywhere,you probably met one among the multitude of good and professional workers. One bad apple in a basket of good and delicious apples does not make it a basket of bad apples. I think they are nice and professional over there.
I've never had a problem with Thompson Chrysler's they have always been very professional n polite, n when i had an appt. they were on time n i was in n out but i don't know what happened when u were there n not judging u but if u have an attitude n u go there like that or anywhere ppl r gonna treat u how u treat them most of the time but u made an statement n not a question but next time u have to go there if u go again, try to have a lil patience n be a lil kinder n i hope u have a better experience there
And to add. I feel some hatred and anger in that statement. For the record. My experiences there have always been good.
