The front desk of service was nice however the service itself was lacking. Wanted a simple oil change and to top off my car fluids. After almost 2 hrs waiting, I checked under the hood to see if everything was done and saw the cap of my oil was missing and the fluids weren’t filled. I went back in and the items were fixed however not even a block away after leaving the lot, the cover to the bottom of my car fell down and was dragging. Apparently, a couple of screws were missing. I do appreciate a service guy, who just so happen to pass by after I called the dealership, for removing the rest of them so I could drive it back to the lot to have it reattach. I understand I came in for a simple maintenance service but it doesn’t mean things should be mishandled. After 4 hrs of being there, I was only offered apologies and a business card for my troubles. It was my first experience there and it will be my last. Also, last suggestion is if your are offering a complimentary wash please dry off the car too. There were water spots all over an already cleaned car so I had to take it to the car wash after this whole ordeal.

Been trying to buy a truck for a few weeks. Was getting frustrated in the sales people I had been dealing with…was ready to give up. Luckily Jocelyn Andrade reached out to me from one of my online inquiry’s. Working with her and Umar Naeem I was able to reach a deal I was extremely happy with…all remotely before going to the dealership. They were responsive and helpful…would recommend reaching out to them directly if you see something you like…Thanks Jocelyn and Umar!

Please contact George, our service director. This varies by year, make and model. (410) 988-8100. The first thing I would suggest is making sure we know why the refrigerant leaked. Vital to ensure it does not leak again. If you do use a local mechanic ensure they warranty the work and are factory trained on your vehicle. You’d be surprised how many botched jobs we have to correct.
Must wear a mask. 6 feet apart.
Yes. Thompson offers a shuttle service.
If i were u i would take it to the dealership u got it from so they can ✔ it out for u n it's free n look up recalls for the jeep that u have too, it could also be listed as a recall, good luck n congrats on ur new jeep stay safe 😀
So, what might your question be? You seem to have posted a statement (with incorrect spelling) THEIR
