Manufacturers warrantee takes precedence over others. Extended warranty is an option.
From what I understand there are no manufacturer warranties. We purchased an extended warranty for our truck just for peace of mind.
That is a legal question. They offer warranties which for my car is not a manufacturers warranty, but for me it's almost the same and has been used once and covered my cars issue
