I have 2008 ES350. I recently purchased an auto extended warranty from 3rd party.
If I need a repair by Park Place Lexus Plano service, are you able to deal with the warranty company to make a claim and get paid directly?

Contact 3rd party directly, dealers don't come into play for these scenarios

You have to call that 3rd party warranty place because they all have different ways that they cover warranty
