Yes!!!!! They've never been able to meet simple expectations affordably for me in sales or service. Recently went to them for power window repair and was quoted $922 to fix and in addition, charged me $120 non-refundable to "diagnose the problem". Shady tactics if you ask me.

I've never been to a dealership that wasn't overpriced or shady.

No, they take real good care of their customers. We are Multiple purchasers. In fact, my husband and I just bought a 2017 Frontier and a 2017 Juke. Both payments include Gap coverage, extended warranty, and maintenance package. I have no reservations referring anyone to them.

I won't go into details, but I won't ever do business there again.

I purchashed two 2019 rogue sport on Saturday night. Got mine out of the garage this morning and discovered previous hail damage on the roof. Looks like the missed the area behind the sun roof. There was no disclosure This is a crime. I will take the car back Monday morning and see how ot goes. My daughters did not appear to have the damage but had a ton of sctatches on the hood sides. Let a button on jeans had done it. You don't expect to have to deal with criminals. Not sure i trust them to fix it.

Why does Nissan sell cvt transmissions still, with no reliable option for any of the cars they sell except trucks and 370z they are all trash and should be recalled. Why would any customer be happy with a vehicle life expectancy of 10,000 miles to 80,000 miles? One more question, how is that economy to save a little on gas to buy a new transmission all the time?

Isaias Hernandez | Sep 29, 2018

No they don't. Within reason they will give you a great deal on anything!

Yes, they sold me a car. Almost a month later, they informed me that the financing fell through. I had to go all the way up to the owner to get my full down payment back. They do not have their stuff together.

Bought a truck. Got a square deal. Good service department. No problems with this dealer and will go back when this truck wears out.
