Andrew Benza’s professionalism has put him at the top of this realtor’s vendor list! He first came out to inspect my roof for age verification to satisfy my new insurers. About a week later my plumber was installing a new hot water heater and noticed that the ventilation through the attic was not up to code. Andrew came out within a couple of hours to get the job done. Great communication skills, customer service and commitment to excellence!

This business cares about the community and has a friendly staff. I had the pleasure of an encounter with them during the local Grapefest festival, they offered free public parking and their staff remained on the lot and monitored vehicles. Upon returning back the staff was socialable. Andrew, an employee even engaged in dialog with my extremely chatty kids and offered us bottled water. If this is indictive of how they run their business and treat customers, I highly recommend checking them out.

I have owned homes since 1993 and have had many contractors over the years do work for me and Andrew Benza with PROCO roofing is by far the best experience I have had. He’s east to deal with and talk to and does what he says he’s going to do. I’m glad I went with them and would highly recommend!

Jacob Turnvaville, the project manger who repaired my roof and, was absolutely awesome. He is very knowledgeable about his trade, he was very clear and answered all our questions. He proceeded to repair my roof and it came out excellent to say the least. He did come on time and really handled the project well, took care of our plants, to ensure no damage. The project was done well and we are all still very satisfied with the job😀❗️

The State of Texas does NOT require a license to be a roofer. Crazy, eh?! Reputable roofing companies choose to self-regulate through RCAT (the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas). It's an effort to see the roofing industry regulated in the state in order to hold contractors accountable for their work on homes/businesses in the community.
You want to use someone local in order to have the service and support you need. Additionally, with local companies, their reputation has been lived out in the community. Tried and true. Here before, during, and after the storm.
We typically see a window from insurance carriers we work with of 12 months. After that we have seen those carriers deny claims based on "old damage".
