I see they managed to take my first review off but potential renters do need to be aware so I will post again. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS!!!! I moved out voluntarily after the company I worked for shut down. The office agreed to not file an eviction as long as I was out by said date. I was out before said date but realized I may have left my daughter’s baby book in the outside storage, accessible from ground patio (still before date) so fortunately book was there, I grabbed it and was on my way to a different state. The office called police, I was swarmed and given a trespassing warning even though I still had an active lease. They filed the eviction 3 weeks later and even though it was paid off in 2019 they still to this day have not released the judgment. I have been calling for the past 3 days, every hour, leaving messages from a different state and no one ever answers or returns calls. It is impossible to find info on the owner who has been through tons of management companies due to non-payment (public record). There is no number or information on owner so trying to get help beyond property is impossible. If anyone knows how to get hold old of someone regarding their irresponsible acts of not releasing said judgment, I would gratefully appreciate it. Fair warning: they are crooks. Decent apartments themselves besides the drug rings that run out of there and the at least 1 apartment that was shot up due to drug deal gone bad. Considering they never answer the phone hopefully your apartment isn’t one that is affected by the illegal activities that persist to go on there.

My husband and I have lived at Grafton Flats for over 5 years. We love the environment. As opposed to many apartment complexes, this one is well-kept, quiet, and more of a "mature" demographic (as far as residents go). We also appreciate the close proximity to everything. The amenities are also really well kept and up-to-date. We have used the clubhouse for a family event and all of our guests raved about their experience.

Gorgeous property with extremely spacious townhomes. Great gym & pool deck. Have enjoyed coming to this property quite often to visit with friends.
