Be upfront about your reason why you're there. A good salesperson will educate you and win your business.
Use their website to browse before you go there. They have good customer service, at least in my experience. I said no to several options and they did not force it on me.
I would say look the type of vehicle up on Google. That's what i did before i walked in to buy
