I started the process online and my sales Rep was Marcus Collins, he was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. I had been looking for a Jeep Renegade in the Bikini Metallic color (Teal) , I was so excited to have found the car at Toyota South. The Finance Manager John Rump was also very pleasant. I definitely recommend this dealership. 09/25/2022 Let me start by saying I am updating my review. I love my car and Marcus was great. My issue is I purchased my vehicle and traded in my Chevy Traverse. My Traverse is still showing a balance and states past due. I called the dealership 10 times in 2 days to talk to someone to find out why my car was not paid and kept trying just to be hung up on. When I called the operator sent me to finance and after the elevator music it hung up on me. I called again and she just kept sending me to the line without picking up and kept doing so. Finally on day 2, I had to use my husband's phone to get the call answered and I asked for a supervisor immediately. He says accounting will call me on Monday. If it is resolved I will update again, but as of now I am unsatisfied.

Always a great experience here. Thanks to Gerald (who has retired and whom I miss so much) and also thanks to Frontis G (who has taken over taking excellent care of my needs). Although I had not planned that my next car will be a Toyota, I have now decided that I will surely buy my next car here because I do not want to lose the excellent service/repairs I get here.
