This all could depend on the time of day and how busy the dealership was at the time as well as the service being performed.
An hour is about right
Was it over lunch? Sometimes lunch time impacts it. That is a long wait. I usually go to spring creek or somewhere for lunch, and rhey have a great shuttle service to help.
I'm never told a specific time. I just usually assume it's about an hour and juat have coffee until I'm called. On average it's an hour for me. Unless you're getting big work done.
