If you do not have possession of the vehicle, you can back out of the deal. But they will do everything in their power to convince you to keep it (as would anyone in sales).
By law if you haven't taken possession of the vehicle then you aren't liable. But just like Ricky said, this dealership is VERY dishonest and unprofessional. I would back away while you still have a chance.

You will 100% not get a refund, only the ruthless survive and this dealership is one of them. Shady place, and there are way too many fake-looking reviews. Dang people with 1 review, correctly capitalizing "Toyota of Dallas" and knowing the FIRST and LAST name perfectly of their salesman. Like yeah as if I'm pretty familiar with corruption since my home country is infamous for it. I smell some pretty rotten stuff here
