Although you can be quoted one price over the phone you may be charged another when you take it in for repairs depending on the circumstances. If you get a phone quote over the phone,..... get it in writing or have it sent to you via text or email that way you have proof. It could otherwise be 'hearsay' by both parties. I'm sure the management would be willing to work with you on most non-frivolous and reasonable issues. Always ask to speak to a manager before you pay and explain your concerns. I've found in my past that being respectful and curious in your requests can go a long way. I hope that helps a little.
Call the service department and ask them 🤷🏾♂️
