Regular membership you pay less for the year for your membership. Now for the plus it's $100 but you get perks, such as being able to go in early at 7 Monday through Saturday except Sunday. I believe every $500 dollars you buy you get $10 dollars back. By December however much money you earned back you get reward money in return. Which you then can ask for in cash or use towards a purchase. We personally have the plus just because we buy all our items here. If you shop a lot you can rack up lots money in a year by December you can have a little extra money for your holiday shopping. They also have a gas place and you can use either the regular membership or the plus to pump gas at their station. There gas prices are fair too usually a couple cents less the pumping gas at a regular gas station.
Plus members get Early Access the store opens at 7 a.m. for Plus members only and special savings and Rewards such as a return reimbursement at the end of the year
