I worked with a Schuster law firm in media , pa and they were the best . They were on top of everything if I had a problem they handled it asap . And they helped me with a non workers compensation. The attorney they recommended was five stars also. Not sure if you are affiliated with them. I know it doesn't go with the question that you asked but I just wanted to put that out there
Workers’ compensation exists for two major reasons. First, if an employee is hurt at work the insurance should pay for the medical treatments relating to the injury and a fraction of any lost wages. Second, workers’ compensation protects employers from being sued by injured workers.
