I applied for a home there paying cash, along with 4 months lot rent to add. Basically was denied from the corporate company due to credit score All with that paying $2100 a month at a hotel for the past 4 years plus making a little over $3000 another. Not good with me on that.

Very unsatisfied with management at the office. My neighbor had a car parked in front of her home. They came to my door and harassed me about the car being there, “when it was not mine”. Weeks later a car parked in front of my house. When I called them they said,“there is no certain place to park”. Anyone can park in front of your home and you have to park somewhere else to get to your own home. My neighbors shed has been on my property since I moved in 2 yrs ago. They said they would move it. Still waiting for them to move it. Don’t bother with management they are not here to help!
