It is a shame to make this review, but I have tried talking face to face with the management and writing to them on their site. The gym is well equipped; the employees are amazing. They have the standard Planet Fitness sign in the front banning outside personal trainers, but that is there just for decoration. Management at this PF allow personal trainers at this location, including one that harasses women at the gym, and management continues to look the other way.

From the moment I walked in it felt like I owned the gym. I didn't feel uncomfortable for one moment which allowed me to focus on my workout.

My favorite gym ever. I wish I would have joined the Planet Fitness community a long time ago. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean gym. And the upgrade to for the hydro massage is beyond worth it.

If you're a Black card member yes you can use any Planet Fitness
They also have cards and Keychain cards to scan in.

At the Justinson St. location? I've never experienced that problem going there. I thought they were strict about who goes into the Black Card Spa to use the equipment. A person has to sign in at the kiosk and even that act is closely monitored by staff. If not a Black Card member, the kiosk won't allow scheduling for the equipment. The Black Card Spa equipment has to be started by staff. Approach the front desk at the scheduled time and the staff will tell which equipment number to use. Anyone can go into the Black Card Spa, but that's it. A person can GO in. The Black Card is good for traveling because the facilities can be used, like the shower. It's nice when traveling in an RV and want to save water. Even a guest can take advantage. The nominal price is good for me. I suggest contacting the company or the main person in charge and make them aware of the situation. Good luck!
You can go there under supervision of a parent or guardian who's a member at age 13, but not younger. 18 to become a member.

If you go as a guest you can go unlimited times after a simple guest registration. Online they'll have a free week trial but it's rare.
Yes 24/7 but double check if it’s near a holiday, sometimes their hours will adjust for that
They do offer to show you around and help if you need it! They have trainers you can speak to but yes, mostly it’s a go and do it yourself gym
Not too crowded. Most crowded time is about 6pm to 10pm.
