Jamar was very unreliable and unprofessional. It sad you have to expect the worst service during Covid. I reached out to Ace towing 1 day in advance. I asked them to meet me at a location between 9 and 9:30 because he advised me he wanted to be paid in cash so I needed to go to the bank. I arrived before 9:30 and Jamar had left because he decided to handle another call. There was no call made to me telling me he was leaving, and then he had the audacity to tell me he will try to get back up there. People wonder why you wont support certain businesses, and he is the prime example. NEVER AGAIN!!!
