Is this a membership only pool, or a city resident only pool?
Zach, the skyline dive staff is only that way to make sure kids don't goof off and hurt themselves. Even with that amazing service.
How much is the entry?
Public swim is from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday 1 to 5 but if you really want to go somewhere better the Apache junction aquatic center is where to go I've been working there for over three years even though they don't have a high dive the staff is very friendly unlike the staff at skyline aquatic center

They do have public swim hours. Call for schedule.
