When I first got to Concentra the waiting room was almost full. I checked in, filled out some paperwork, returned it, then sat down and waited my turn. I sat maybe 10 to 15 minutes and I was called back. The gentleman that called me back was professional and nice.

Didn’t have my appt ready when I arrived for simple drug test. It may have been the Company who ordered the Test and not Concetta. If it was not Concentra fault, I’d have given “5 Stars”. Their staff was very pleasant, apologetic for delay, and genuinely supportive of their Client otherwise.
