They push large bins with little wheels around everywhere to do maintenance so it should be highly accessible to wheelchairs as well.

I noticed several walkways/sidewalks ending for no reason. No turnaround, no doors, just stopped. One even ended at a culvert. I would say very poor planning and not really wheelchair friendly.
