I used yahoo. Com at first then had to change to Gmail. I opened two email accounts in Gmail and when it asked for a backup email I give them my second Gmail. Account. You might need to go into your settings in the app to update your preferences there with your new email... if that doesn't work call customer service online not at the store they won't know what to do....
