Scheduled my family (of 4)appointment 3 weeks prior. We were helped by the office employee Milo who was extremely helpful. We had all the paperwork prepared so it took us less than 30 minutes to finish. I’m pleased how easy and smooth appointment was.

No appointments available until nearly a month in the future.

Great agent at this facility. Reviews are from an old agent, or people making mistakes on their appointments and expecting miracles to swap them to later in the day. Doesn't work like that, and this agent has a schedule to follow. He offered to make copies for us, was very quick in reviewing our documents to ensure they were complete as possible. He is very much a people person and willing to answer any questions you have. I would recommend this agent for everybody! Goto a USPS passport facility, and not a country clerk! 💯💯

It's best to go in person to the usps with a photo copy of the front and back of your driver's license with you presenting the official one as well. It's best to wait for the appointment to open up for physical compared to mail in.
You have to make an appointment online.
You need to call them to make an appointment. https://iafdb.travel.state.gov/DetailsForm.aspx?AFID=70168&vs=0 If you already have a passport, they have a mail-in process and you dont have to go physically to their office. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/apply-renew-passport/renew-by-mail.html
Standard processing is 4-6 weeks, however you can pay more for expedited service and cut that down to 2-3 weeks.
