They are supposed to email my probation officer out of state the results of my test I gave them the email they forgot to put it into their system I tried to call them to get this resolved and they hung up on me and were very rude. These people are completely incompetent and rude. This Boise location needs to be shut down permanently they are not a good place and completely unprofessional
