Valet parking is free if dining at Chandler's. $5-10 dollar tip is appropriate. Server will have car waiting as you leave restaurant, nice and convenient.
I'd stay clear of their valet service. Use the street or a bus.

Anywhere there a spot open. Public parking spaces all over the place and at the hospital
Valet , metered street parking or nearby parking garages.
Paid public parking is also available immediately west of the restaurant.
Just pull into the driveway at hotel 43, the valet will take it from there
They have complementary valet parking for guests. You only need to tip the valet driver.
There are several surface lots and also a parking garage on-site.
Within one block their is a parking garage however we never have had a problem parking within a block closer
If you are eating at Chandlers they have free valet. They validate after dinner. Or nearby garage parking
