I've seen people dressed both very casual in shorts and sandals and people dressed in formal.I would say it depends on what your occasion is visiting Chandlers and dress for that, just be you.
I would say dress up a little rather than down for this place. A tie or jacket is NOT necessary, but half of the men there will be wearing them. Hope that helps.
If "casual" means nice jeans and a button down shirt (short or long sleeve) and nice shoes (not sneakers) for men and equivalent for ladies (I'm a guy so that's all I can speak to), then that is safe as the lower limit. Sneakers, shorts, or t-shirts, below the limit. You can dress up as elegantly as you want from there.
