I have been there twice, although the last tome was in 2013. They have two separate buildings, one for women with children and one building near by that houses women without children.
No - they have a place for any woman who needs a safe place to stay.
No you do NOT have to have a child! There is The Sanctuary also which is by Corpus Christy House. A lil more lax. Phones are turned in at City Lights when u CK in at 6pm.
